Reese began his career in construction developing multimillion-dollar commercial multifamily projects and retail triple net lease projects across the country, for a Venture Capital firm specializing in development. He moved to residential projects up and down the coast from Malibu to Palos Verde specializing in insurance claims, where he was a trusted preferred vendor for all the top insurance agencies for high-end neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Now he is following his true passion for luxury remodeling and development.
Darlington is a Los Angeles native who graduated from Florida State University with an MBA specializing in Project Management. His hobbies include community service, cars, cooking, and yoga.

With deep expertise in handling claims and a thorough knowledge of Xactimate software, Arad consistently maximizes coverage, advocating for clients with dedication and precision. For Arad, each project is about more than repairing a home—it’s about restoring comfort, security, and peace of mind to families navigating difficult times.
As one of the founders of HammerLogic Construction & Remodeling, Arad has built a reputation on integrity, attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to client success. He believes that with the right attitude, hard work, and creative thinking, every challenge can be met, and every dream home can become a reality.
Originally from Iran, Momen immigrated to Southern California at age ten. He pursued a degree in Computer Engineering at San Jose State University and now calls Los Angeles home. With a strong dedication to helping clients secure their rightful claims, he also enjoys giving back to the community, spending quality time with his dog, Honey, exploring culinary arts, and unwinding with video games.
